Usually you should change the compatibility, use windows 7 or XP maybe will help you (if you use windows 10)

there is actually no problem with the black screen. after 1 minute or less will go to the opening. the problem is often screen tearing during the games. for develover, please add update for fix optimization.
I had some issue with games… try to install it on hard drive C not D (if you have a game folder for example)
